Kids love adventure stories. So for the summer month’s we’re going on a Pirate adventure for buried treasure! We are so excited about these next two months where your preschoolers are going to learn that the Bible is better than gold. Each week will introduce preschoolers to a different snippet of truth from God’s Word and unpack what that means to them.
For June week one, preschoolers will discover this amazing treasure—God’s “teachings are worth more to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver,” Psalm 119:72, NCV.
As they continue to hunt for Bible treasures week 2, they will learn that they were wonderfully made- Psalm 139:14.
Week three your preschooler will discover that God loves them all the time, with the story coming from Jeremiah 31:3.
In week 4, we aim to show your child that they are part of God’s family, the church (Hebrews 10:25).
On week 5, they’ll conclude the month using Pirate spyglasses to help them look for ways to help others as we learn that the Bible, which is better than gold, tells us the right things to do like look for ways to help others! (John 13:34-35)
This month’s activities and lessons will be slightly different than our usual format- but we are hoping and praying that it will be a lot of fun and will help your preschooler really come to believe that the Bible is better than gold buried in a treasure chest!
